During the course of this work, he created limited partnerships coupled with Reg D PPM offerings that incorporate his innovative venture-specific economic modelling to project alternate potential investor returns, which can be very impressive to potential investors.
He’s also accomplished a multitude of feasibility analyses, development management and financing packages for complex development projects exceeding $15 billion in current value. A portion of the feasibility work was accomplished when Larry was the Manager for the Hawaii-based Real Estate Consulting Department of one of the world’s largest CPA and consulting companies – KPMG’s predecessor firm, Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.
And, in 2009, as the Chairman of Shanghai-based Sustainable Energy Asia Ltd Larry led a team of Chinese professionals to determine the feasibility of an innovative “green energy” system for capturing and converting existing coal mine methane resources to energy, thereby reducing greenhouse gases and creating valuable and salable carbon credits while generating electricity for sale back to the energy-hungry mine operations.
