We have been actively raising capital – both equity and debt – in the USA and Canada over the past 40 years. These raises have been for a wide range of real estate projects and operating companies.
Real estate equity and debt financing has been provided for residential and industrial projects, resort and airport hotels, condominiums, warehousing, a shopping center, raw land acquisitions, and office/warehouse projects.
Capital raises for operating companies have included a publicly traded medical cannabis company In Canada, legal cannabis companies in the USA, $200 million for tech companies; $50 for a public internet company; and $30mm debt for an insurance company.
In aggregate, we’ve assisted in providing over $200 million of equity capital and secured over $1 billion of debt financing for our clients.
